Malvern Summer Camp and Classes 2019

Come and join our Malvern Little Star’s Summer Camp, Malvern STEAM classes and Malvern Taekwondo classes, to ensure that your child has an enjoyable and fruitful holiday break.

Course 1: Malvern Little Star’s Summer Camp

Camp Provider: E.L.S.A. (An English Department of www.dunn.hk)
During the Summer Holiday Camp, students will be:

• Introduced to basic drama and stage performance concepts
• Developing better performance skills with emotional expression games
• Interacting in customized group activities
• Exploring thematic songs and rhymes that help to develop phonemic awareness
• Developing physical play and artwork to enhance fine and gross motor skills
• Medium of language is English

Details:
Course Fee : HKD3900/week
Age : minimum 2.5 years old or above
No. of classes : 5 classes each week
Duration of Each lesson : 3 hours

This Summer Camp is a great opportunity for children to develop their communication and language skills. You can rest assured that your child will be in good hands; learning from teachers, coaches and experts while making new friends during this July Summer holiday break.

Course 2: Malvern STEAM Classes

Course Provider: Techbob Academy www.techbob.com

The class starts by giving pupils an introduction to robotics with a fun and ‘hands-on’ activity of building their own robot! The instructor will then introduce pupils to the actual programmable robots and coding missions, without requiring a computer screen. This has been specifically designed for Pre-School aged pupils. Pupils can build, programme, decorate and bring their own robots to life!

The Fee for this Camp is $1300 per session per week.

*Steam Camp 1 are for those attend the STEAM course first time
*Steam Camp 2 are for those attended STEAM Camp 1 and ECA at Pre-School previously
*Camp 3 & 4 – Coding & Robotics are for those attended STEAM Camp 1 before

Course 3: Malvern Taekwondo Class (Native Korean Master)

Course Provider: NRG Taekwondo Korea

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. There are many benefits for the pupil in learning Taekwondo. These include improving a child’s strength and balance. Taekwondo can also help improve coordination. Arm and leg muscles become stronger as a pupil practices strikes.

• Please note that a parent/ guardian are required to help the children to get change before and after the lesson.

If you would like to join our Malvern Summer Camp and Classes 2019, please register via office@malvernpreschool.hk and send in a cheque payable to ‘Malvern College Pre-School Limited’ on or before 17 May 2019. Please note that registration is on a first come first served basis and space is limited. Children who do not attend MCPS are also invited to enrol but priority will be given to existing MCPS students.
