1: Malvern Amazing Summer Camp

During the Summer Camp, pupils will:

  • Develop their English language and communication skills in a fun and engaging way
  • Unleash imagination and creativity through stories, art and discovery
  • Build confidence through singing and drama performance

2: STEAM Summer Camp

The class starts by giving pupils an introduction to robotics with a fun and ‘hands-on’ activity of building their own robot! The instructor will then introduce pupils to the actual programmable robots and coding missions, without requiring a computer screen. This has been specifically designed for Pre-School aged pupils. Pupils can build, programme, decorate and bring their own robots to life!

3: Multi-theme Science Summer Camp

Every kid is born a scientist. For this course, Big Bang Academy makes science fun and relatable through a story-telling approach while empowering children to learn proactively through hands-on experiments. The course will introduce a wide spectrum of science topics with exciting activities every day. By creating a fail-safe and collaborative environment, children will be equipped with a growth mindset and motivation to learn after the summer camp.

4: Music Explorations Summer Camp

Children love to sing and play instruments. This course aims at building a strong musical learning experience before they learn to play any musical instruments. Music Explorations aims to strengthen your child’s language, social, creativity and listening skills. The educational programme helps children to develop a deep love of music and the ability to express it. Music Explorations involves Singing, Movement, Music Theory, Listening and Aural Skills training. Instrumental learning is introduced by using age appropriate instruments such as piano, xylophone etc. As a result, children eventually develop an important understanding of music as well as laying a pathway to musical efficiency.

5: Taekwondo Summer Camp

Camp Provider: NRG Korea Taekwondo

 
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. There are many benefits for the pupil in learning Taekwondo. These include improving a child’s strength and balance. Taekwondo can also help improve coordination. Arm and leg muscles become stronger as a pupil practices strikes.
